Reliability Issues

I bought this single cup brewer a small over a year ago. It worked well at basic but after 5 months it started refusing to brew unless I pulled out and reseated the brew cup,oftentimes assorted times.

At basic cuisinart client service told me to repeat the cleaning procedure,which I had already done steadily per the directions. When that failed to adjust anything I called and they sent me a substitute for free accept that I had to remunerate shipping costs to come back my basic unit.

The substitute is now acting up. now and then the piston lowers and it set about to brew but then the piston retracts and it won’t brew unless I cycle the place and power off and on. Then it oftentimes brews a partial cup. Other times it brews without disruption but again,only two or three ounces.
